Enzyme odour treatment · in-shop

Odor bomb, not an air freshener.

An enzyme treatment for heavy cabin smells — smoke, pets, spilled milk, food, mildew. It breaks odour down where it lives: the vents, the headliner, carpet padding and seat foam.

Short answer

How much does car odour removal cost?

The Odor Bomb enzyme treatment is $175 on its own and takes about an hour. It kills the smell; it does not clean visible dirt. For a dirty interior with a smell, pair it with the $199 Full Interior Detail, or take the $269 Pet Hair & Enzyme Bundle if pets are the cause.

What it is

A treatment, not a cleaning.

It is honest about what it does: the smell goes. Stains and dirt need an interior detail.

How it works

The smell lives where wipes cannot reach.

Odour sits in foam, padding and the ventilation, not on the surfaces you can wipe.

Why will the smell not go away?

Because it is not on the surface. Smoke, pet oils and spilled milk soak into seat foam, carpet padding and the headliner, and get pulled through the ventilation every time the fan runs. Wiping and spraying the surfaces does nothing about that.

Air fresheners add a second smell on top of the first.

What does the enzyme treatment do?

Enzymes break down the organic compounds that produce the smell rather than covering them. Run through a sealed cabin and the ventilation, the treatment reaches the vents, the headliner and the foam under the seats.

It takes about an hour, and the cabin is aired out before you get it back.

Do I need an interior detail as well?

If there is visible dirt, stains or pet hair, yes. The treatment kills the smell but does not vacuum, extract or clean. Leaving the source — a stained seat, a matted carpet — means the smell can build back.

Pair it with the $199 Full Interior Detail, or the $269 Pet Hair & Enzyme Bundle if pets are the cause.

Years in the trade

Seventeen-plus years of professional detailing. Reading a surface before touching it is the part of the job that experience buys, and it decides every step after it.

In the shop

Interior work is done in the bay at 2725 N Nevada Ave, with extraction, steam and proper lighting.

The right product for the surface

Leather, vinyl, Alcantara, cloth and plastics are not cleaned with the same product. Specialty materials are tested on a hidden area first.

You know who is working on it

A local, family-run shop — Dana Starr, his two sons and a crew he has worked with for years. Licensed, insured and bonded. The same people quote the job and do the job.

Pair it

Clean it, then treat it.

The treatment works best on a clean cabin.

Where we work

Car odour removal across El Paso County.

Done in the shop at 2725 N Nevada Ave. Customers drive in from across the county.

ST6 North Nevada is the in-shop location: detailing, paint correction, Gtechniq ceramic coating, 3M paint protection film, window tint and vinyl, all under one roof in controlled light.

At 6,035 feet the sun is harder on paint, plastics and leather than at sea level, and winter leaves magnesium chloride and sand on everything. Most of what we fix is Colorado doing what Colorado does.

Odour questions

The things people actually ask.

Answered straight. If yours is not here, call the shop and ask.

01How much does car odour removal cost?

The Odor Bomb enzyme treatment is $175 on its own.

02Will it get cigarette smoke out?

The enzyme treatment breaks odour down rather than masking it, and reaches the headliner, vents and seat foam where smoke lives. Heavy smoke cars should pair it with the Full Interior Detail.

03Does it clean the interior?

No. It kills the smell. Visible dirt, stains and hair need an interior detail — $199, or the $269 pet bundle.

04How long does it take?

About an hour, plus airing out.

05Is it safe for leather and electronics?

Yes. The cabin is aired out before handover, and leather and screens are not soaked.

Ready when you are

Tell us what the car smells of.

Smoke, dog, milk, mildew — it helps us plan the visit.

We will tell you whether the treatment alone will do it or it needs an interior detail too.
