STEP 01 / SCHEDULE
Pick the package you actually want first — valet is how the car gets to the work, not the work itself. When you confirm the appointment, say you want pickup and return and give us the address the car lives at. We will tell you honestly what we can commit to for that day rather than promising a window we cannot hold.

Where your vehicle goes
It is the objection nobody says out loud, so we will answer it first. Your vehicle is driven by a trained technician on our team, not handed to a courier or an app. ST6 is licensed, insured and bonded, and has been family-operated in Colorado Springs for over seventeen years. The walk-around before the car moves is not a formality — it is how the vehicle’s condition gets agreed rather than argued about afterwards.
Valet availability varies by location, service and schedule. Property access and parking rules vary too, so confirm the address when you schedule.

Sometimes, but we will not promise it in advance. It depends on the package — a VIP Hand Wash and a Platinum Detail are not the same day’s work — and on where you sit in that day’s schedule. We will give you a realistic return time when you book and we will call you if anything changes.

ST6 is licensed, insured and bonded, which matters more for this service than for any other thing we do, and we walk the vehicle with you before it moves so its condition is agreed rather than argued about later.
It is easier if you are, because the walk-around is the part that protects both of us. If you cannot be, say so when you book and we will agree the handover in advance — where the keys go, where the car sits, how you want it returned. What we will not do is improvise that on the day.
Any of them. Valet is how the vehicle gets to the work, not a package of its own — VIP Hand Wash at $89 through Platinum Detail from $499, plus ceramic coating and paint correction. Pick the service first, then add valet to it.
No, and they solve different problems. Mobile means we bring a fully self-contained unit to your home or office and work there, with our own water and power. Valet means your vehicle comes to us instead. Some services are better done at a controlled facility — Advanced 3-Step paint correction is the clearest example — and valet is how those get done without costing you a day.
No deposit. You book, we collect, we do the work, we bring it back, and you pay when it is finished and you have looked at it.
