VIP Hand Wash questions before you book.
How long does a VIP Hand Wash take?+
About an hour for most vehicles. Large trucks, vans and anything carrying a winter’s worth of road film take longer, and we will give you a realistic window when you book rather than a time we cannot keep.
Is $89 really the price for a truck or van too?+
Yes. The VIP Hand Wash is $89 flat at every vehicle size. Our larger packages are priced by size because they genuinely take longer; a maintenance wash does not vary enough to justify it.
Is this safe on a ceramic coating or PPF?+
Yes — it is the wash we recommend for coated cars. pH-neutral shampoo, foam pre-wash, two-bucket method and fresh microfiber, with no wax or filler products that would sit on top of your coating and mask it.
Does a VIP Hand Wash include the interior?+
No. This is an exterior wash with door jambs and sills wiped down. If the cabin needs work, Silver Detail adds a full interior clean and Full Interior Detail is interior-only.
Will it remove swirls or scratches?+
No. Nothing abrasive touches your paint at this tier, which is deliberate. Removing swirls means machine polishing, which removes a measured amount of clear coat — that is Platinum Detail or a dedicated paint correction.
How often should I have it done?+
Every one to two weeks keeps a coated or sealed car looking its best, and weekly through winter storm cycles when magnesium chloride brine is on the roads. Ask about a standing schedule — maintenance plans start at $99 a month with a multi-car discount.
Can you do it at my home or office?+
Yes — that is how nearly every VIP Hand Wash is done. Our units are fully self-contained with their own water and power, so nothing is needed from your property. Confirm the address when you schedule, since access and space rules vary.
