Mobile aircraft detailing in Colorado Springs — at your hangar or ramp.

Single-engine piston through large-cabin business jet. Cabin resets, exterior hand washes, oxidation removal and polishing, brightwork, de-ice boots and Gtechniq aircraft-grade coatings — done where the aircraft already sits, so it never has to move for us.

Priced on three real variables

Category · Scope · ConditionEstimate below

A Cessna 172 and a Gulfstream are not the same labour, and a well-kept cabin and a charter-season cabin are not either. The estimator prices interior and exterior separately from those three inputs. It is a real starting point, confirmed after inspection — never a number we walk back later.

  • We come to the aircraft — hangar, FBO ramp or tie-down
  • Self-contained — our own tools, water, power and towels
  • Aircraft-safe chemistry, never automotive product on an airframe
  • Gtechniq Accredited for aircraft-grade coating systems
  • Licensed, insured and bonded — proof available for FBO access

Colorado Springs Airport (KCOS) hangars and FBO ramps including jetCenters of Colorado and Cutter Aviation, plus Meadow Lake Airport (KFLY), when access and facility rules permit. Tell us who clears us in when you book — that is usually the longest lead time on the job.

Aircraft pricing

Aircraft type, condition and scope — not one flat number.

Aircraft detailing cannot be priced off one generic rate the way a car wash can. Pick the category, then interior and/or exterior, each with its own scope and condition. This is a real starting point built from those variables — send photos for the exact quote.

Interior
Exterior

Prices are real starting estimates built from aircraft category, condition and scope — not one flat rate. Access, hangar versus ramp location and the exact finish condition move the final number after inspection.

Exterior — Wash Only$249

What owners actually ask for

Three jobs, and most owners start with one.

Aircraft detailing is not automotive detailing scaled up. Cabin materials, exterior paint systems and polished metal each need different chemistry and technique, and a mistake on an aircraft surface is far costlier to fix. Most owners start with whichever area shows the most wear, then add the others.

The process

Five stages, and the aircraft never leaves the hangar.

Inspect first, identify the surface types and problem areas, clean and prep with the product matched to that surface, protect and finish, then a walk-around before the job is called done.

STEP 01 / TELL US THE AIRCRAFT

Aircraft Type, Location and Access

Single-engine piston, turboprop or business jet — and where it sits. A KCOS hangar, an FBO ramp, a Meadow Lake tie-down. Access is the part owners forget to mention and the part that decides whether we can work that day, so tell us early: who clears us in, whether power and water are available, and how much room there is around the aircraft.

Why aircraft are different

This is not automotive detailing performed on an airplane.

A $500,000 single-engine piston and a $30 million heavy jet are both a major asset, and we treat every aircraft that way. The failure mode here is not a swirl mark — it is a composite panel or a control surface damaged by the wrong chemical or the wrong pad pressure, in a way that does not show up until it is already a problem.

We do not approach a painted fuselage, a composite panel and a leather seat with the same product. Inspection comes first, every time, and we will tell you what we will not touch.

Where we work

We come to the hangar or the ramp.

You do not bring the aircraft to us. Where access and facility rules permit, we come to you with our own tools, water, power and products so the aircraft does not move.

KCOS is the second-busiest commercial airport in Colorado with 240+ based aircraft. Meadow Lake (KFLY) is the largest pilot-owned airport in the state and the general aviation reliever field for Colorado Springs — hangars, covered tie-downs and open tie-down areas. FBO and hangar access is granted by the facility, not by us, so confirm who clears us in when you book.

Straight answers

What owners ask before they book.

Do you detail aircraft at Colorado Springs Airport?

Yes. We service small aircraft, turboprops and private jets at Colorado Springs Airport (KCOS), including hangars and FBO ramp areas at jetCenters of Colorado and Cutter Aviation, when access is cleared. Tell us who clears us in when you book — that is usually the longest lead time on the whole job.

Do you service Meadow Lake Airport too?

Yes. Meadow Lake Airport (KFLY) is the largest pilot-owned airport in Colorado and a general aviation reliever field for Colorado Springs. We provide mobile aircraft detailing there as well — hangars, covered tie-downs and open tie-down areas — when access and facility rules permit.

Why is there no single flat price for aircraft detailing?

Because a Cessna 172 and a large-cabin business jet are not the same labour, and neither are a well-kept cabin and one that has flown charter all season. The calculator prices interior and exterior separately from three real variables — aircraft category, scope of work and current condition — so the number reflects the actual job instead of a generic rate we would have to walk back after seeing it.

Is the estimate the final price?

It is a real starting point, not a guess, but it is not a contract. Access, hangar versus ramp location and the exact condition of the finish move the final number after inspection. Send photos with your enquiry and we will tighten it up before you commit to anything.

Do you bring your own tools, water and power?

Yes. ST6 arrives with a self-contained mobile setup — tools, towels, water, power and aircraft-safe products — so the job does not depend on whatever happens to be available at that hangar or on that ramp.

How is this different from automotive detailing?

Aircraft surfaces are not car surfaces. Painted and polished skins use different coatings than automotive paint, and composite panels or control surfaces can be damaged by the wrong chemical or pad pressure in a way that does not show up until it is already a problem. Windows and transparencies scratch easily and need dedicated products, never automotive glass cleaner. We inspect and identify surface types before anything is applied.

Can you install a ceramic coating on an aircraft?

Yes — ST6 is a Gtechniq Accredited Detailer, and aircraft coating work starts at $2,000 and up with full correction prep included. It is a multi-day service scheduled after inspection, because a premium coating installed over oxidised or contaminated paint is still an incorrectly installed coating.

How fast can you get scheduled?

Call or send the aircraft type, location, access notes and the service you need — that is enough for us to confirm fit quickly. Ramp and hangar access is usually what sets the date rather than our schedule, so the sooner we know the facility, the sooner we can lock it in.

Ready when you are

Tell us the aircraft, the location and the access. We will confirm fit fast.

Aircraft type, airport, hangar or ramp, and what you want done. Photos help more than anything else — they turn the estimate into a real number before you commit.
