Straight answers
Silver Detail questions before you book.
How long does a Silver Detail take?+
Two to three hours for a car or crossover. Larger vehicles and heavily soiled interiors run longer, and we will tell you the realistic window when you book rather than quote a time we cannot keep.
What is the difference between Silver and Gold?+
Silver cleans; Gold restores and protects. Gold adds full clay-bar paint decontamination, a 6-month paint sealant, steam cleaning of the dash and panels, UV leather conditioning and targeted carpet shampoo. If your paint feels gritty after washing or your carpets need more than a vacuum, Gold is the tier that fixes it.
Does Silver include a wax or sealant?+
No. Silver is a clean, not a protection package. A 6-month paint sealant comes with the Gold Detail, and multi-year protection is a Gtechniq ceramic coating — a separate service with its own prep.
Does Silver include carpet shampoo or extraction?+
No. Silver includes a thorough vacuum and wipe-down. Hot-water extraction, spot shampoo and stain work are part of Full Interior Detail and Gold Detail.
Is Silver enough for a car I keep in a garage?+
Often, yes. A garage-kept car that gets washed regularly usually needs cleaning rather than restoring, and Silver does that well. Tell us how the car is stored and driven when you book and we will give you a straight answer.
Can you do this at my home or office?+
Yes — that is how most Silver Details are done. Our units are fully self-contained with their own water and power, so nothing is needed from your property. Confirm the address when you schedule, since access and space rules vary.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
No deposit. You book the appointment, we do the work, and you pay when it is finished and you have looked at it.
